Average Monthly Income in Israel

Hebrew: שכר חודשי ממוצע בישראל

Bituach Leumi (National Insurance Institute) determines the average income of an Israeli based on various parameters. Some of these parameters are: the number of days worked per month, the number of foreign workers as well as from the Palestinian Authority, gross monthly income, full-time and part-time workers, unemployment figures etc.

Based on these figures and information, the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics, has determined the Gross and Net incomes (before and after tax and other deductions) for 2012 as follows:
