Office hours for Israel and government & public offices during Sukkot.
Chol Ha'Moed Sukkot is not the time to apply for a new passport or convert your driver's license. These Israel government offices will be closed for Sukkot, and will reopen after Shmini Atzeret/Simchat Torah.
- Bituach Leumi - National Insurance Institute
- Misrad Hapnim - The Ministry of the Interior
- Misrad Haklitah - The Ministry of Immigrant Absorption
- Misrad Harishui - The Licensing Department
Aside from government offices, limited services will be available from your local municipality or regional council.
Check your local bank and post office branch times as well. Mostly banks and post-offices work mornings only during Chol Ha'Moed.
The Electric Company and water companies will also be working with skeleton staff. Health Funds too.
